A Monegasque association authorised by Ministerial Order No. 96-489 of 4 November 1996, authorising and approving the articles of association of the association known as \u2018Amiti\u00e9 Sans Fronti\u00e8res Internationale\u2019, the said articles of association having been amended and endorsed by the General Secretariat of the Monegasque Government on 14 February 2025, and the receipt for the amendment of the articles of association having been published in the Journal de Monaco on 28 February 2025.<\/p>

10. Applicable law and competent court<\/b><\/b><\/h3>
